I?m also unable to access the PM facility. I think the facility for PM?s has been removed. If something is not used much, certainly on certain sites, then that facility is often removed to give greater access/ability to usage areas that are used more regularly.
It was certainly a facility I often used. The more IT knowledgeable, might be able to offer better reasoning.
