When the time comes surely it?s time to look at Derek McInnes, he has done a great job wherever he?s been, his Hearts side have just demolished Celtic with some lovely football, a real team performance strong in all areas
Went up to Kilmarnock a few times last season and saw first hand his passion and commitment
I think just the type of manager we need to get us out of this league, no tippy tappy backwards, sideways boring crap, just proper football

Would not say no to McInnes. But, and here is the but. The club are following a given avenue, the Nestor model. Would DM be in that mould. And even if there was a thought of a change, it would mean the club has gone in the wrong direction twice. So would the clubs hierarchy want to been seen as making the wrong choices again.

I think Mason might be here for a while longer. The Nestor model may work for the more wealthy clubs. It is not working for us. I wish they would take the reins off of Mason and let him manage in his own style, if that is not the case at the moment.

If Mason is managing in his way at present, as a supporter, I am absolutely not happy. Four more games without success then the club needs to look at it again.

100% agree with McInnes and to be honest Mick messaged me this morning saying the same thing!

Bollox to the Nestor Model. Will the Nestor Model own up for very average at best Heggebo and Campbell which cost us around 6 million and loan signings who are run of the mill!
