  • Our Ticket Office

Correct me please if wrong. Visiting fans have to be charged the same price as home supporters in a designated stand.

Coventry have dynamic pricing so can increase their prices with little notice. Given that the Smethwick End is mainly season ticket holders I can?t see why we can?t charge their supporters ?45 ie the same price the robbing c unts are charging us, This would mean any match day tickets in our end of the Smethwick would have to be the same ie ?45.

Surely any of our supporters who buy match tickets for the Smethwick could:

    1. Go to another stand if they didn?t want to pay this price and pay the going rate.
2, Our ticket office could reduce the price of a following home match so one of our supporters would be no worse off?

I believe in fairness and tit for tat. Can?t understand or believe why our ticket office can?t make more money out of the Coventry supporters but more importantly portray a message - rip our supporters off and we will do the same to yours!

Unless I?m missing something it?s pathetic how we are not making a stand!!!

I can't see why that can't be done.
However Albion declare their match day ticket prices at the start of the season once the season tickets have been on sale for a month or more.
I can't see why they can't retrospectively change the prices and perhaps next season what Coventry are doing may be taken on board by other clubs so that for those like Coventry who want to fleece us, we'll fleece them (but all depends on which fixtures occur first).

I wouldn't want to see us change our pricing structures retrospectively, not least as it would affect our own non season ticket holding supporters.

What I would have liked to see was the club making a stance by returning our allocation for Coventry and telling them to shove them where the sun doesn't shine.

While I completely understand supporters have a right to choose whether they pay inflated prices to attend games people sometimes need protecting from themselves.

I saw Bham have sold out their allocation for Coventry at same price.
          Hopefully they stuff them.

Cheeky b@st@rds. If it wasn't for Blues letting them ground share Coventry would have had to fulfill their fixtures on parks pitches and or most likely have gone into liquidation. W@nchors with short memories.

I’d forgotten (or not been aware) that the Blues had made that gesture. Disappointing to say the least !

Bit stupid of me but Blues have already played Cov in Sept
Just listened to some of the CWR BBC football radio show. They discussed ticket prices and have a balanced view but recognise they dont want to be hated because of this. Their concern seemed to be more about the price of the U18 ticket (35 quid)
