Wish we had Derek McInnes who is doing an outstanding job!

Apologies in advance for not having read the whole thread. Something to bear in mind though. Mowbray got 18 league games as a managerial veteran before leaving via the revolving door and to date the young and largely inexperienced Mason has only had 13 games in charge.

We do not have a poor squad, we have an unbalanced squad which lacks running power, speed off the mark and creativity. We also have injured players who are very slowly becoming available and some promising youth on the bench.

Sooner or later these players will be utilised. Or at least they need to be because if they're not Uncle Nestor will be questioning our manager about why he isn't fully utilising the resources at his disposal.

That conversation may or may not have already started for all we know. One thing I do know is that Uncle Nestor needs to be seen to have got this appointment right so unless something truly off the scale happens I don't see Mason going anywhere until game 18 at the very earliest.

Mason will be going no where Dan unless we plunge near the bottom as Nestor won?t want to lose face.

No doubt you will bump into our James tonight so safe travels
