Hopefully a good performance from a side that might resemble what we start the season with.
Can't remember how many supporters we've sent but a good number I'm sure.
I assume that its not being streamed like the behind closed doors match.
Will try to keep abreast of what goes on somehow

Other teams are streaming live pre season I think we’ve been poor at this. Wouldn’t hurt at all. Not even listed on some pre season lists. Clubs like Bristol city stream all of them on their own channel. I still don’t understand why a family club like ours doesn’t set the example with this.

Where are others watching or following this? I'm having to use live updates from the Blackpool Gazette site so not ideal! Seems we have been sloppy defensively for the goals but Diakite got one back and reads like he wants more?

I know that pre-season friendlies are no real indicator of how we may start our season but would have been nice to have won-or at least drawn. Be interesting to read later any reports on how individual players performed

Interesting that the line up seems to keep Heggem as a central defender alongside Phillips with Styles remaining at LB (later replaced by Frabotta) instead of moving into midfield. Also seems Mason played Johnston on the right wing again, replacing Fellows, with Grant on the left. An indication of planning for Tom leaving us?

Walsall beat Villa 1-0 so what do you think? These games are purely to try things out and get fitness levels.
