Being linked with us if Mason is sacked, not the worst manager, probably what we need at this point in time, Millwall playing good football at the moment, an experienced coach light years ahead of Mason, probably won?t be a popular choice amongst Albion fans
He could bring Azeez with him, fabulous player

As part of an interview process the questions should be - front foot - attack - pace and excitement. A strategy for youngsters would be nice ie the next Tom Fellows or thoughts on the 15 year old kid who turned out for Arsenal in the Champions League.

There could be a vacancy coming up at Port Vale 😂😂😂😂

Just because a manager does well at one club doesn’t mean that he’ll do well at another, plenty of examples of that. I hate this ‘sack the manager’ policy when in reality, it’s just a relatively few football matches that haven’t been won. If the critics of Alex Ferguson had been heeded and he’d been sacked by Manchester United, a great manager may never have emerged. I’m not saying that Ryan Mason is going to be a great manager, he could be, but people need a reasonable amount of time to make their mark and there’s no certainty that a replacement would do any better.

Completely agree with this. Frank won one of his first 10 for Brentford.

Neil is a good manager, but he has also been sacked from every club he has been at. Sometimes a manager just really fits a club and sometimes their players are underrated enough to make managers look better than they are. Sometimes it is the other way around.

We know that some managers can pickup a team and immediately implement something that makes the team better. But I dont think I have ever seen a manager pickup a team that cant attack and immediately make them more attacking.

Squad quality or at least having the right composite of players will always be the best determiner of whether a manager is good or bad.

That said, I think Mason has clearly struggled with in game management and tactics. Things wont properly improve until he smartens up around this.

Alex Heil has recently just signed a new contract with the Lions so why would he want to go to a team lower in the league.

A very good point Claw and your football is more pleasing in the eye too. Any chance you would take Wallace back - I will drive him to London with compliments 😂😂

No offence claw but he might want to come because

                      We are a bigger Club

                      More potential

                      Bigger stadium

Despite you going well and us not so Albion have 50% bigger crowds

                      And of course higher wages.

The only draw would be a bigger wage and doubt with our new structure whether this would be the case. We have a bigger stadium, far more supporters than say Bournemouth but the reality is financially they could blow us out of the water.

Sadly - it?s how much money you can pay and even that relates to potential for promotion and everything financially related.

Most people would also rather be in London than the West Midlands 😂

We're comparing Millwall and Albion what has Bournemouth got to do with anything? Why do you feel the need to tell us they pay more than us? Next doors dog knows the Premier League pays more than the Championship.

I grew up in the West Mids and moved to London as a young man absolutely loved it but wouldn't want to live there with a family. For me inner city life anywhere would be a no no its the small town/village life now.

The point was a player/manager does not care about more supporters or a bigger stadium but how much they are getting paid. Would we pay more than Millwall or have more potential than them now? Very debatable which is why our best players have been sold and those on big wages will be gone June 26.

Depends on the person where they choose to live but many beautiful family areas just a short distance from London.

We were reportedly interested in appointing Alex Neil as our manager a few years ago and allegedly held preliminary talks with his agent. Alex Neil effectively batted his eyelids and flirted with the prospect of joining us while his agent negotiated an improved deal for him.

His only interest in joining Albion at the time was to use us as a means of leverage against his then contracted employers Preston. That was then and this is now but I don't give a s hit how well he is doing or will do at Millwall. They're more than welcome to keep him as far as I'm concerned.
