So why does Mason not play with this intent from the kick off with two up front? Because he?s a useless t wat!

Good to hear the crowd behind the team now as they go for a late winner. The first half performance was truly awful but this second half has shown that there is sufficient quality in this team to achieve much more than we have done and that it's not just MJ who can show the intent needed. Now will Mason finally realise what his best team selection is I wonder?

Molumby 3-2!! Well deserved and let's just hope that we don't stumble in the closing minutes now and that the confidence carries over

            Good win, considering.

Much needed win, saved Mason?s job for the time being, the second half passion and fight is what should be seen from the start

Good turn around, and well done with 4 subs at HT.

But, we do not look especially convincing, to put it mildly.

Listening to the game on Albion radio, I hear Molumby and Mowatt went over to hug Mason as well as celebrating with the fans so surely an indication that even if the players themselves may not always agree with his team selections or tactics, Mason has not lost the dressing room?

Don't get me wrong, I have certainly disagreed with both his starting selections and tippy-tappy tactics on many occasions but whilst I find any lack of passion as shown in the first half today totally unacceptable, I have felt that we have generally begun to play better football lately. The (long standing) problem has been our failure to convert the chances we have created. Plenty to improve on still and the Swans are not a great team but with Heggabo at least finding his shooting boots maybe we might belatedly now begin to turn the corner?

Pleased for the players and fans that they managed the turn around today but it will likely be Ryan Mason who is most relieved.

Credit to the gaffer. A weird first goal, with a great finish and then a goalie error for the second and heads dropped. Mason then reacts heavy, changes 4 and obviously fired a rocket up them.

For one of the first games, his action gets us the win.

Heggebo is class too. Leads the line well and now he is scoring regularly.

He has a strong presence about him. Second goal was very well executed. Keep it up.

I evidenced the same. Clearly there is support for Mason from the team, a number of whom were keen to display same.
                            Let?s hope it?s a turning point?
