  • McInnes

Just as in 1999 we got Sir Gary, we now need the same type of coach, step forward Derek McInnes, a no nonsense coach, watching Hearts tearing Rangers to pieces, his Hearts side are everything we are not, passion, energy, enthusiasm, skill, a will to run through brick walls, the atmosphere is electric, compare that to Mr Clueless and the morgue that is the Hawthorns, coaches like Mason/ Corberan are killing football with their boring mundane characterless style of football

A word of caution Bomber......that is one absolutely shyte league, with zero decent teams in it. Most would struggle in the Championship to be honest.
That said, I do like McInnes.

I like the way McInnes gets his players to fight for each other, it doesn?t matter what standard of league it?s the way McInnes gets his players to gel as a team, show spirit, a will to win, a belief, passion, energy, commitment, the SPL is maybe of a poor standard to many, but they would wipe the floor with Mason?s Muddlers

Totally 100% agree Bomber. Mason told you everything you needed to know about him for the start of the second half 1-0 down - what was his plan? - what were his tactical changes? Clearly we knew he was well out of his depth before this game. He needs to be gone.

Dubs - agree sort of what you are saying about the Scottish league. That said Hearts, Rangers and Celtic would hammer us completely. Even Wolves who are coming down would beat us easily.

As much as I admire Derek McInnes, I would like him as Albion manager, it should be pointed out that he hasn’t been successful everywhere he’s been!

Reaping the rewards because he learnt his trade at St Johnstone who were crap and could not afford oranges for half time.

Perhaps a non manager like Mason should have learnt his trade too at a St Johnstone equivalent which would be Walsall

If he ever landed the position, I wonder how much time he would be given for Albion to win the champions league?
If he wins the league with Hearts then he might look for a bigger challenge in the future.
So Mason till this season is over and then tap Hearts for him.

Sack Mason now. Employ Stephen Robinson of St Mirren, he has worked wonders too. Give him until Easter and if we are not in the playoffs sack him and put a load of names in a hat and go from there.
