The situation is now at a critical level. As I have said on another thread that good fortune seems to have deserted us but having said that it does not alter the fact that we are not playing well and to my mind completely devoid of confidence and direction. Sadly, this is down to leadership and I do not see it from Mason. Selections are bizarre and inconsistent. He has not got a clue as to what his best side is and keeps chopping and changing from match to match. The most successful sides, with the odd change now and again, are those with few changes. We are miles from this.

It is now coming to the last chance saloon as we cannot continue on this downward spiral. Either results have to improve or Mason has to go. It is as simple as that!
