Our players are no worse than some others within the play offs ie Hull

I think they are Al. I think we got players at the start of the season that have proved to be very poor, regardless of the manager. A new manager most likely would clear at least 6/8 of the current crop of players. They are all one dimensional players, like communist party members. No creativity, no pace and apparently no fight. I think JP would conclude we are not even any longer a mid championship team.
Our problems are deeper then getting rid of the manager. There has been so much damage done to this team over the last ten years since JP sold up, that it is the first concern.
Perhaps a drop to Division one is needed. I think Bomber said we wouldn't fall under the same financial scrutiny.
I am beginning to believe there may be some merit in that comment after all.

In that case Nestor needs to be sacked as he sanctioned all these new players!
Campbell and Heggebo - cost close to 10m
Bany - lighter than paper
Phillips/Mepham - wages won?t be cheap
Bielik
Junior - poor to average
Taylor
Gilchrist

Mason is clueless as seen by his decisions but our recruitment is still shockingly poor.

Players on huge wages ie Wallace, Dike, Maja and Wildsmith should be out the door in June. Many would say sell Grant in the Jan window but can not see he would fetch more than 3 million so do you stick or twist?
