2 games and a week in, I not sure what to think.

On one hand, he's got a challenging job and he should be given time to implement his ideas on a squad that has been underperforming for some time now.

On the other hand, if he is stubborn and continues to pick the same players and the same system - when do the fans turn? Are we talking after 8/9 games, or 5 games or even tonight?

I keep seeing comparisons to Nancy for Celtic, who also came from the MLS and refused to change his setup. I can understand why.

I appreciate he needs time, but we need results. So something has to give. If he keeps playing the system he wants to play, he needs to start picking up points in the next few games or the fans will turn on him. We can't afford to lose a few games in a row whilst he's experimenting - we'll get relegated.

So he needs to be pragmatic, and do whatever he can to get enough points to stay up this season. Then he can play any system he wants and actually have some time to implement it.

Good managers adapt to their situation, bad managers don't. We're watching closely Mr Ramsay.

My opinion is that changing a manager during a season and changing a manger during a transfer window is doubly bad news. But it's done now.
He doesn't have the luxury of time now. A few more games rudderless and we will most certainly be in the thick of it.
Fans won't have patience for it anymore, as we have had poor man managers too many times now. Fans are worn out with it all, I would imagine.
If we haven't won a game in January then people will start to get pyssed off. They won't be able to tell the difference from when Mason started and Ramsay took over.
    He doesn't have much time.

He came in and if he had played the same formation and players we would all say what was the point of changing the manager, assuming we lost both games.
Instead he has come in, changed things around and 2 bad defeats especially as at home.
We now have 2 away matches with our appaling run of away form.
The players have no confidence and I can't see what will change that unless they are able to start winning.
It all feels like a catch 22

As with everything in life - once the majority stamp their feet someone or something will be on the slide. The majority walked out v Norwich on the 70th minute which tells a story and protests are planned tonight. At the moment the resentment and frustration is towards Nestor, Nestor is responsible for appointing cheap managers and having a poor recruitment of players. We need a Dan Ashworth type of person and not a moron who has a model which clearly does not work.

It?s only going to end one way, We have Nestor who clearly hasn?t a clue and won?t change and a manager, who from his comments has a fixed vision and won?t change, it?s a disaster in the making, all those years from Megson?s great work, 8 years in the Premiership all gone to waste, it?s a crying shame, a club with our history, support going down the gurgler at an alarming rate, I?m 67 now and don?t think I?ll ever see us back in the top flight in my lifetime, I?m glad I was around to witness the 60?s and 70?s, great sides, proper footballers with heart and passion
