Looking at the BBC line up -which has been incorrect before to be fair-it looks like a 5-4-1 formation? Aside from any concerns over playing O'Leary (who surely hasn't had time to build up enough of a relationship with his back 4 (5!), why on earth play Mikey behind Heggabo and play Price on the right wing instead? I also see that Diakite is back in midfield but presume this is because Mowatt is still not fit enough for 90 mins. Disappointing not to see at least Bostock on the bench from amongst our younger players too.
Another strange line up which will surely influence the performance if it feels too alien/ uncomfortable to the players. The main thing tonight, however, will be that the players show passion, togetherness and determination. They owe fans big time. I await with admitted trepidation!🙄
This site is shocking trying to access tonight again!
Certainly a far more battling performance and probably edged it in terms of over-all performance for the majority of this game so far but O'Leary's fumble has cost us dear.
Given the number of chances we have created we need to be much more clinical in front of goal still and really should be level at least. Despite all the changes, we really haven't created very much at all this second half though. Derby now coming into it far more in these last minutes but can we snatch that so desperately needed equalizer or will Derby get that second to put it to bed?
