What a complete and utter shambles! We deserve to go down! Please please get rid of Ramsay and let Morrison and Brunt take over until the end of the season!

Can he take Bany with him and send Junior back to the Vile before he switches the lights off?

Words fail me, they really do.

I have a West Highland Terrier that would run the club better.

This is a total mess and we dont know what goes on behind closed doors and the qualities the non playing staff have. But im starting to worry that Nestor wasnt the problem.

He planned based on a model and Patel has thrown it out the water because it wasnt working in this moment and he has made it substantially worse.

Im not saying Nestor is the man and this summers transfers need to be scrutinised, including the managerial hires. However, to abandon a plan and radically change mid season is suicide and we are seeing that play out on the field.

With no new players and only the present squad now, I think it's a serious structural problem at the club. Patel may look to sell up as soon as he can. Not sure a drop down a division will help him though.

I would have him back. That says it all!

Just an observation. Whilst there can be no criticism of the club's fiscal management of late, the playing side is shambolic. I believe there was a corporate sigh of relief and self congratulation, when Lai left. Unfortunately this percolated down to the playing staff. Without the skill of an experienced, robust character, the nuances of the 'dream process' was destined to failure. Motivational man management comes from looking them in the eye, determining their strengths and exciting them on their futures, not done with analytics and PowerPoint. One question for Mr Patel: As you have no Championship experience, who is advising you now (or even before) Nestor has left?
