So Charlie Taylor and Imray in and Heggebo back. I always say if your fit enough to be on the bench your fit enough to start so why the
f uck are Bielik and Mikey on the bench. Bostock must be getting sick to the back of his teeth warming the bench but hey ho - Jed must have another pair of legs!

    Disaster waiting to happen!

Oh and where is Mustafa or are we paying him 50K a week like the garbage Junior? We just love wasting money!!

Have to be honest, do not fancy our chances tonight, especially with the players that are unavailable. Blues are strong at home and we are very weak away. Does not augur well. I have become a pessimist as opposed to the optimist that I used to be.

As with Saturday's game, I think some of tonight's starting XI have been changes enforced by injury Al. Mikey was very clearly under par last game and almost certainly still not over his injury. He is likely on the bench for the same reasons as against Stoke namely that Wallace has been decent but can't play 90 mins either and Mikey is there as an option to replace him and to share game time.

Having Bielik on the bench though doesn't sound right at all as the last I had read (just after the Stoke game) was that Mepham would be out for a while and that they were sweating a bit on whether Campbell (who can play as a central defender) would be ready or not in time to replace him. In an interview with Ramsay, he had said that Campbell was at least training on the grass but that Bielik was still a week or so behind him in terms of returning. If neither are fit then it doesn't surprise me that Taylor is used as we really don't have too many other options.

The thing that does surprise me (and I surprise myself in saying it !) is Gilchrist losing his place to Imray as I thought he actually did well against Stoke. I hope Jimoh-Aloba can prove his worth tonight as he looked promising but he hasn't played a lot of first team football so can't see him playing the full 90 -hopefully this will give Ollie Bostock his chance?

Blues will be up for it, especially in front of a home crowd, so not overly confident but this will be a test as to whether or not the Stoke game really was a turning point that we've been able to start to build on.

Twice now Wallace has had the opportunity to set up scoring chances but a weak shot and a crap attempted pass put paid to that

He?s too slow and sadly he?s been like that since Fellows was a different class to him. Bostock is a better player but super Jed is the capitan.

15 mins gone and we look on the back foot not much attacking threat, blues unlucky not to score but the hand of Styles stopped it crossing the line

In a game like this I'm not sure I would risk Imray for 90 now he's on a yellow. Think we may see Gilchrist second half.

Can't just allow Blues to keep pressing like this though and we need to get ourselves further up the pitch.

To be fair Gilchrist should not have been dropped. Imray sloppy and needless fouls

Imray hasn?t impressed at all, so far.

                      Heggebo totally anonymous, so far.

Wasn't a great fan of Gilchrist but he did well against Stoke so surprised Imray started in front of him tonight too.
