While speaking on The Liquidator Podcast, Lepkowski revealed how the Baggies have received offers of help for behind-the-scenes work, but haven?t even acknowledged them.


Lepkowski said: ?I?ve spoken to people in recent times, people of significant pedigree, people who work in scouting, football sectors, and are industry-wise people who have actually been in touch with West Brom to help.

A few have speculated on that one 123. Let us not forget Patel did not buy the club for the love of it because he?s a businessman. He bought the club at a knocked down price to make money - nothing wrong with that in my eyes.

If the club slips into league 1 the value will plummet and the club will be lucky to average 15,000 per match. That is the sad reality!

So twist or stick with Ramsay? If I was Patel I would seek advice from those who know the championship and twist. A good experienced manager and one or two looking for clubs ie Dawson could save money in the long run.

We need a Dan Ashworth type of appointment who can spot talent. Just hope the new chap is ruthless with those out of contract - Wallace, Dike, Maja, Grant and Wildersmith. Not interested in good pros or whether they kiss the badge but whether they are worth their salary and can keep out of the treatment room.
