  • Losing The Dressing Room

This is from the BBC site - and this easily applies to the Albion, I really dont think the players are buying into Ramsays tactics and are simply switching off from his team talks, if thats the case then there is no way back for calamity Ramsay

"Losing the dressing room" is now part of football's vocabulary. Chief football writer Phil McNulty asks what it means, how it happens and can it be solved?

I believe this is absolutely critical Phil buddy.
We may only speculate, but my opinion is that the majority of the team have had enough and this is reflected in our performances.
Whilst I consider the salaries paid should demand the commitment from the players, I fear that is not the case, reflected by indiscipline evident on the pitch.

In my working life I had responsibility for well over 100 people and I, and my managers took team building etc seriously and ensured the staff bought into the Company?s philosophy. Not always easy, but everyone knew exactly where I came from and what was expected.

Sadly, not evident at the Hawthorns.

I think it was during Carlos time that players would state that he insisted in regular one to ones, wherein each player understood precisely what was required by them individually. That is certainly to the case at present.
