  • Two Tier Policing

How refreshing to hear and another Police mate said the same. Kick out all this anti woke s hite ( even in football too ) Well done Sir Stephen Watson!

Police chief Sir Stephen Watson you won't find him taking the knee or wearing rainbow lanyards.

The 'anti-woke' police chief says Britain must instead tackle the perception of 'anti-white' and 'two tier' policing.

Sir Stephen, the Chief Constable of Greater Manchester Police, says he fully accepts his new reputation as Britain's 'anti-woke' police chief.

He believes forces should not be getting involved in culture wars.

But his hardline comments come amid an intense public debate over the perception of two-tier policing across the UK.

That anger boiled over following the tragic murder of 18-year-old Henry Nowak in Southampton last December.

Henry was fatally stabbed by Vickrum Digwa, who falsely tried to claim he was acting in self-defence after being racially abused.

When police bodycam footage was later released, it showed the teenager had actually been handcuffed by officers as he lay dying on the ground.

Those horrific scenes sparked widespread outrage and claims of an "anti-white" double standard.

Now, Sir Stephen is insisting that policing needs to urgently double down on treating everyone equally "without fear or favour".

"Everybody is equal before the law," he said, adding: "We've uncritically adopted language that persuades people that perhaps we are not as impartial as we should be and so, in a sense, I see the perception."

Embracing his anti-woke tag, he encouraged everybody not to get involved in the cultural wars.

"The reason why I was declared the 'anti-woke Chief Constable' [is because] I had the temerity to say 'no, we won't take the knee, no, we're not going to wear rainbow coloured lanyards, no, we're not going to dance around with environmental protesters'."

The National Police Chiefs' Council is currently reviewing the wording of its own anti-racism commitment after politicians pointed to it as evidence of unequal standards.

Vickrum Digwa was jailed for life on June 1 with a minimum term of 21 years.
