It’s been said before but I dont think he is getting enough credit for the turnaround at the club.

This isnt Big Dave winning a few when we are already relegated. This was turning around a disjointed team, destined for relegation and with a points deduction. To do that he has had to go on a 10 game unbeaten run, with several fixtures against top teams and in form sides. 4th top form in the league last 10.

Its an absolutely outstanding achievement and we owe him a hell of a lot.

It feels like he has helped improve the performance of pretty much every player since taking the helm, and just listening to his post match interviews is enjoyable as he seems so calm and just says it as it is. Unlike the last bloke.
I?d love him to take the job and carry on building confidence in the way he has done with these last ten games ,but would fear the backlash from the fickle when he would inevitably go through a difficult period
Anyway, it?s been a fantastic end to a desperate season

Undoubtedly he has earned the right to continue as our head coach. The Board need to ascertain his desire for the appointment and if Jimmy wants it…make the offer now.
