Players out contract

On Ben Foster's podcast talking about contracts .
He was saying if your contract is up at the end of June and you have'nt found another club .
You also get paid in July, although it can be reduced to half or 2 thirds .
So if you are a big earner you won't sign for another club till August , but imagine a lot deals are agrred in principle.
The likes of Jed wallace and Dike will take advantage , you claim blaim them and also clubs will use this rule .

Such a strange contractual extension. I wonder if all Clubs’ players’ contracts include this ?

Dike and Wallace must be laughing all the way to the Bank. I would doubt whether they will find a better club than us because with no disrespect both are hugely injury prone and poor players v salary paid! Part of our problems with highly paid crap! I hope Grant follows them too!
