The lad could put a few million more on his head tonight if he plays well and hopefully N Ireland beat Germany

    M. Johnston did alright when he came on for Ireland last night against Hungry. He made a nuisance of himself and got in the mix quickly.
Styles was very solid for Hungry and seemed to be mopping everything up. Covered a lot of ground.
Price seems to play well for N. Ireland most games. Would like to see that game.

Match is on BBC 2 tonight.
I suspect Germany will be licking their wounds and look to smash NI, but I haven't seen Germany play in a fair while so don't know if they are still the machine they were from decades ago?

Both goals scored by Baggies. Price and Serge Gnabry (remember, the one who Pulis said wasn't good enough!)

I bet that?s made a few Premier Clubs look up Tipps! If Fellows went for 10 million then Price must be worth at least 20. A real intelligent player!

            I bet Omeg was watching!

I am indeed Al-but this site has been shockingly bad again.to try and get on tonight.

Anyhow, enjoying the game although N Ireland's goalkeeper having just pulled off a great stop just gifted Germany a goal and they have just got themselves another to make it 3-1. NI may not have had the possession but after Isaac's goal they came into this game and Germany have been frustrated for much of it. All changed now as Germany now full of confidence and running out of time for NI to get anything from it.

Price didn't have a great game against Luxembourg (his blushes for missing his penalty spared by them getting the rebound) but has played well tonight. As Dubs said, both Styles and Mikey did well in their game too. Good to see our players doing well-as long as they don't pick up injuries!

(Good to see Brunty as one of the pundits too)

He wasnt. Even Wenger didnt think he was thats why he sold him. He later did become good enough. A lot of signings are about timing.

Welcome back Boingy. Don?t think it?s timing but different manager belief and newly found confidence by the player too. Playing in the right system too with more solid players around them will also help.

Take Griffiths being one example - with a more solid defence now and without the awful Furlong his confidence will be much higher like it was at Stoke and this will get better.

Price in reality probably worth around ?35 million, we?ll probably sell him to Crystal Palace for ?8 million plus add ons☹️

That kind of business is what breaks this club. I think McCauley influenced Price to go to the Baggies.
Lets hope he can keep his head on a level playing pitch.
