    Well done girls.
No personal slurs please?but I have enjoyed watching their matches. (As opposed to women’s football which doesn?t work for me)

Enjoyed it Prando and well done to them. I actually enjoyed the girls in the Euros and the banter without one single incident of aggression in the crowds. I see Hannah Hampton was recently in the East Stand as she?s a big West Brom supporter.

I was watching the Irish team early on in the competition and enjoyed it.
Just on the football for a minute....I actually watched a fair bit of the girls football a few months ago and was surprised I found it very decent to watch.
Saying a lot as I can't watch men's football much any more....just go for the results nowadays.

Unfortunately they won't get the media attention that the prima donna football girls did. Remember, they only won the Euros but the girls today won the World Cup. Congratulation to the Red Roses.

Good achievement.thing is they?ve won it twice before but still good on em. Never going to get same notice as the ladies footie team however.

It was the lead item on the 7:00 pm news on Radio 2. Very positive item.

That's just the thing though isn't it, men's rugby is well supported but the sport wont ever reach the level of support and interest that football has in the country nor the level of its attendant media coverage.

Still, it is good to see our national ladies teams in both doing so well and getting growing coverage for it and I'm sure this will help attract more girls into the two sports which has to be a good thing.

As Al often points out, the women's games also attract a more family orientated audience which is nice to see (though my brother, who is into his rugby, tells me that men's rugby is already mostly devoid of the toxic masculinity that can mar men's football?)

Must admit that I quite enjoyed watching the Ladies Euros so may give women's rugby a watch in future as well.

Loved the girls Omeg. Hannah Hampton a big Baggies fan and at our first match and happily signing lots of autographs for the kids in the stand and photos. Credit to her and just further puts girls football on the match and even encourages more girls to come to men?s matches.

It was an absolutely great experience. 82,000 says much.

Canada did come out of the blocks fast, and I was honestly thinking, “have we underestimated them.” Thankfully we came through. Great game though and credit to both sides.

I only follow international rugby to be honest, mens and womens, I do not follow club rugby. Perhaps I should give it a go. I obviously follow football at club level but as the kids get older, who knows.

Rugby supporters are so different to footie ones. The respect is different, the atmosphere is different. The players respect the referees. The way the game deals with situations where the referee is unsure (TMO) is so much better than in football.

Great weekend with my wife and children and made up for the Red Roses. Well done ladies.
