One in, one out' migrant back in. A Channel migrant deported to France under Sir Keir Starmer's ?one in, one out? scheme has returned to the UK on a small boat. The man, who wants to claim asylum in the UK, is being held in an immigration detention centre. The migrant cited that France was unsafe.

This Government are an absolute laughing stock! Farage must be loving this as it will be a landslide at this rate!

He’s been refused asylum once so what has changed? He should just be sent back again under escort. Bet there will be some smart arse lawyer though trying to make a fast buck out of the case.
