Having run one or two in my time, I'm quite a fan - and as I much as I like the look (and performance) of the new R400, I never thought I'd see the day when the price-tag of the humble Golf hit the 50k mark.. :O

I'm not the biggest VW fan, but the recent Golf Blue Motion I had was OK. Well, it was good on fuel, and the DAB radio was excellent. I'm guessing it was more economical this 50k beast?
As far as the R400's figures were concerned, shifting the decimal point one place to the right would probably see them closer to the BlueMotion's..
Jeez, 50k and it hasn't even got 4 doors!!
Need to replace my Passat later this year, I don't think this is the answer. You wouldn't get the mutt in that boot.
Correct me if i'm wrong but are you saying the mutt goes in the boot of the Passat, a traditional enclosed boot not of the hatchback variety...RSPCA need to be informed XDQuote:
