A calmer thread

I thought that with the exception of broadfoot, hunt, morgan and derbyshire, we were poor today. But I'd say apart from mcgugan they were even worse. Injury time was like a complete role reversal in terms of performance levels.

The manager will be in for some stick tonight no doubt. The only thing I'd say is that he got his subs wrong. I think privately he will admit that. Smallwood was nowhere to be seen all game and it was crying out for greens energy in that second half. And obviously bringing off a striker for a midfielder is always asking for trouble.
