Great, while there are plenty questions about this perhaps we can start to move forward now.

Great... Hopefully.... Depends who takes over..... Hope its not another false dawn akin to the "we are now debt free" one.
Only stepping down, he is still the majority shareholder. So not cause for full celebrations yet
Is he deserting a sinking ship, or is there something more to come and hopefully good news re a takeover

Good news he is stepping down as chairman no doubt, but while he is majority shareholder no celebrations yet.
