We do have a very good academy. A great building block.
Yes, so I heard there was going to be a production line for the seniors, but where is the end result? Ohh, and yes, under 21s are just tiny little youngsters who haven't bloomed.Quote:

Even if one or two come out of it a year it's still a great value. It also helps develop ties to the community as many youth come from the immediate area (support base).
Like planting a good hardwood tree. You may never see it at it's full maturity but the next generation will.
Also requires the manager at the time to give them minutes to progress when ready ?.

And FWIW, Phil Parkinson achieved tgree promotions before he went to Wrexham and then achieved THREE MORE back to back to back, with a playing squad that still has players from non-league and Div 2 days. Farke wouldn't have a clue.
