You cant judge the recruitment team on this type of deal. Heggebo, Gilchrist and Taylor sure. We have certainly been hit and miss for a few years now, both through luck and judgment.
Diakite came with a pedigree but a track record of injuries. The club took the risk and it paid off. It could have easily not. Frabrotta on the other hand was a small gamble and didnt pay off. Given both are freebies and likely low wages, it?s not that big of a deal, if one out of the two worked out we have still done well.
