Correct. They're so busy having the Kevin Keegans for us they don't want to look at reality. They're happy to believe we're in debt but no one with any sense contradicts it.
See when it comes I will not be losing any sleep over it. As someone posted somewhere MO should offer the Texans a small wedge and i think it might be game over.

As i have always posted when the Dees make a loss they still have no debt but when we make a loss its a loss,according to them of course.We have a stadium and land worth millions they own phuck all ,we have players worth millions their squad has very little value.

The financial experts across the road will still insist they are in the better position though,posters on their boards still think they have a bigger support in Dundee than we do,to be honest they need pitied rather than scolded.

Not sure I know the answer to that one...but surely you didn't get Wee Jim for nothing😄..as for club finances and thinking some folk on DFC forums are deluded I'm taking nobody on here has read the statement from your owner last week using words like ruinous if the Hearts thing goes against you ..which I don't think it will...would suggest United like most other clubs are not in a good position financially even with season ticket sales...if you think weekly wage bill must be around 30/40k a week (guess) and by the time the season starts no money coming in for best part of 5 months... that's the bulk of that money already gone

Maybe too much getting written into the word ruinous Peter. The club has been investing in preparation for the top flight from the moment our promotion was confirmed so you could argue that the ruinous reference was about our plans. Also in a court submission anyone is going to use language that emphasises their position for the best chance of winning their case.

No doubt we would be in a bad position if we were in the Fizzy with you guys but if we stay up you're going to face a 27 game season with low attendances, potentially a wounded Hearts out to win the league by Christmas and the lottery of playoffs left for you to sweat over. And that's assuming your insurance pays up.

Aye we did get Jim for nothing and the fact that his potential was overlooked by the establishment owners resulted in the balance of football power changing in the city forever since.
