Honest to phuck mate there are some on that board with a lower IQ than their Championship points total. On here if some thick barsteward posted a load O shyte he or she would be hauled up in minutes.
Its a different ball game over there,an FN 3 year old could do a drawing of a fire and their intellectual's would believe that Tannadice had burnt doon,FACT.
Any village idiot and there are many who posts anything negative about United is in the main believed.
Correct. They're so busy having the Kevin Keegans for us they don't want to look at reality. They're happy to believe we're in debt but no one with any sense contradicts it.
See when it comes I will not be losing any sleep over it. As someone posted somewhere MO should offer the Texans a small wedge and i think it might be game over.

As i have always posted when the Dees make a loss they still have no debt but when we make a loss its a loss, according to them of course. We have a stadium and land worth millions they own phuck all ,we have players worth millions their squad has very little value.
The financial experts across the road will still insist they are in the better position though, posters on their boards still think they have a bigger support in Dundee than we do,to be honest they need pitied rather than scolded.
There were a few saying that we bought the Championship and it wiznie fair, some said it was a pity UEFA or FIFA could not look into our financial doping.
I am talking about the very same supporters who look back on the Marr years through dark blue doon specs and have forgot about the loss of over £23,000,000 for nothing in AuldHunStand trophy cabinet.
The same supporters who revelled in the words from Calum Melville about signing Scott Robertson for £500,000,the same guy who later refused to answer his door to Fat Harry and plunged them into their Deefiance era and ADMIN 2,FACT.

Not sure I know the answer to that one...but surely you didn't get Wee Jim for nothing😄..as for club finances and thinking some folk on DFC forums are deluded I'm taking nobody on here has read the statement from your owner last week using words like ruinous if the Hearts thing goes against you ..which I don't think it will...would suggest United like most other clubs are not in a good position financially even with season ticket sales...if you think weekly wage bill must be around 30/40k a week (guess) and by the time the season starts no money coming in for best part of 5 months... that's the bulk of that money already gone
As you well know Peter, Jim McLean was a coach at Dens who was overlooked for the managers job.He left his position by mutual consent and with burning ambition transformed football in the city of Dundee proving the incumbents of TheAuldHunStand had not an FN clue about football
There can never be any doubt that the Dees losing their status of the city's top club and the numerous relegation's and ADMINS that followed can all be linked to their decision that Jim McLean would never cut it as a manager,WASC with a FACT thrown in..
Maybe too much getting written into the word ruinous Peter. The club has been investing in preparation for the top flight from the moment our promotion was confirmed so you could argue that the ruinous reference was about our plans. Also in a court submission anyone is going to use language that emphasises their position for the best chance of winning their case.
No doubt we would be in a bad position if we were in the Fizzy with you guys but if we stay up you're going to face a 27 game season with low attendances, potentially a wounded Hearts out to win the league by Christmas and the lottery of playoffs left for you to sweat over. And that's assuming your insurance pays up.
Aye we did get Jim for nothing and the fact that his potential was overlooked by the establishment owners resulted in the balance of football power changing in the city forever since.
Meanwhile here's one of your lot talking about Shankland...

"Maybe but the post COVID 19 football world is going to be very unstable, a fee of £1.2m seems realistic but with upwards of a third going to the player and a considerable amount to Ayr, the bottom line may not look so healthy. Mind you £300,000 to £400,000 when you are skint is tempting. Also a loss of £3.7m for a provincial club will never be recovered by a provincial team playing in the SPFL, the revenue just isn’t there"
An incredible insight into football finance. He even knows the fee we're going to get.
Except he came from Ayr on a free so Ayr will not see a penny.
Looks like you taught Spirit of '62 all you can Peter!
