Is there though? There's no guarantees that our new stadium will attract more or even the same amount of fans. We could be paying it off for the next 100yrs. The last debt we had was apparently "structured accordingly" and it choked us to death on the park.Quote:

Our fanbase has always fluctuated and didn't sell out regularly even in the glory 80's period.
