Dave Whelan - Racist?

I must be racist and rude then, black people are coloured or there differing shades of black and we should assign a different colour to each.
You're living in Spain so what do you call the watch sellers on the beach, black or coloured?
People need to get over the racism crap, how long have you lived in Spain? When I lived there you couldn't yet a job unless you were a spic, highly offensive word to them but so what they called

Anything you like so long as you give them a few Euros for the crap they are selling. ;D

This all comes down to the intent and you can't regulate that. You could call someone anything and it could be in jest or it could be with bad feeling. Writing it down or taking it out of context will never reflect that. What's next? Maybe we can have a campaign to stop typically Britishs being 'abused' like Smithy or Jonesey? Ok, I know that's extreme

Where is the right to freedom of speech in all this? Especially if it is a private conversation that gets put into the public domain. ??

They've always been the Looky Looky men to me, this is due to an encounter years ago. When the chap came to our dinner table with his wears we told him to do one, his reply with a big smile was "Not even a little looky looky"

And it gets worse...take for example the good old footballs fans chat of who ate all the pies, u fat bstard etc...how long before some fat chap decides that is offensive and gets stopped. The guy with the specs being calle

I thought race referred to Caucasian, Negro, Asian etc.
Jewish is a religion, Chinese is a nationality, as is British, German etc.
So unless you are anti white or anti negro for example, then you are not being 'racist'.
Calling people Skates or Scummers is just insulting but never racist.

Or am I wrong?
