Yoga and pilates definitely. Proper stretches too.

As far as injuries go with us I’m more concerned how long it seems to take the players to recover.
GMS pulled his hamstring in March and was out for 2 and 1/2 months.
Devlin was out for 3 months with a foot injury,I’ve seen players with a broken foot come back quicker than that.
Leigh has been out for a few weeks with a “minor knock”
There has been others over the years who take a lot longer to come back than they should.
You could argue that some of them are made of glass, especially GMS but it’s still strange that our players take longer to recover than players at other clubs.
I’m sure the new training ground will sort all of that out though :)
.
The one I seem to remember was Mickey Cameron who left Kirkcaldy for Millwall and whose recurring lower body issue (groin? calf? erse? elbow?) was solved by his being given a gumshield to wear when playing or training.
Googled it!

Jamie Smith has issues with groin injuries due to grinding his teeth at night.
Fnar...ah doesn't matter.
Seems the huns never get injuries like us and there squad is much more dangerous than ours there playing each sat after Europe games! Sickening but those c unts will push Timmy for the title and were going to be fighting for 3rd which is again sickening
I always wonder why we get so many injuries but then when we even sign them already injured it shouldn't really come as a great surprise. Mostly it is the only way we can afford quality players these days. Doesn't really work out so well for us.
Yes they do, off the top off my head Dorrans, Murphy and the rat were out for extended periods last season plus many other shorter term injuries. The difference is the squad size. If you ignore youngsters who have hardly played then their squad size is 29 compared with our 21. For instance they have 9 defenders so could easily cope with 3 defensive injuries whereas our 6 defenders are decimated by our 3 injuries
