So the coach suppose to do what?? Have you ever played for any sport? Sometimes there is just no feeling, players are blamed. They have to correct this.

And it's not just the formation, its tactics....for example, Bighton are using a zonal press and have 3 players going towards the ball when not in possesion...we yet again look clueless going forward and defending...

We are losing the midfield because of formation and tactics...and that's down to the coach...the end!

Have a good plan and coach it into the players beforehand!

Of course the players take some blame but in this instance (along with many others) its the coach to blame for inept tactics. Dinosaur Bruce & his obsession with 442.How many times over Bruce's reign have we dominated possession AT HOME ?

Oh, I agree the players have to take some of the blame...I just think absolving the manager of any responsibility is ridiculous...
