I reached my opinion on Joffy by a mixture of what I've watched, heard & read about his development balanced with my time working with kids his age when i was once a careers placement officer & now later on down the line as a person that's been given an opportunity to utilise all my skills via the experiences I've gained.
Mentally for Joffy it'll be interesting to see what develops for him football decision wise.
For Leeds it'll be crucial where he goes out on loan.
