They don’t seem to get that much game time under Marsch - Drameh, Perkins, Joffy, Gray (okay he is injured and recovering) all look capable but just need game time at this level and not 5’mins here and two minutes there.

Joffy seems to be affected by not always getting time for the u21 and little or none for the first team - if they want him to develop he needs to play more.

IDD but Joffy is stalling through lack of game time if JM isn’t going to play him for more than 5 mins then let the lad go out on loan.

Perkins and Gray both look like proper talents

Decision day been & gone for JM's regarding kids wanted & who is not - a few certainly don't fit what he wants & wont fit the clubs wage bill if we're splashing the cash out, for sure - so yes Spaldy I'll agree that football can be cruel by very fine lines weighing up talent v account-spread sheets.

Personally, Joffy has not got that required extra bit of pace the PL today insists on for its performers. His off ball running is laboured & height is an issue & he would be more suited to a system playing to his strengths of a box-finisher, IMO, Championship or French Ligue 1 would give more space, time on the ball & less combat one to ones with central defenders. As an individual he's a trier, keen, good temperament & great trainer but Leeds require more from a 9 as do most Coaches systems now needed in the PL.

Greenwoods interesting IF the club can find his best position otherwise he may become another Roberts drifting around the fringes.

Dario Gyabi is the biz - in the position that he plays he has everything, physically he's imposing & is blessed with natural ability & is an effortless ball carrier. Rare talent for us as he is equally comfortable on the half-turn & in tight-spaces. Very special player who I hope JM manages well on/off the pitch to become hopefully a maverick performer that every team needs.

I think Joffy could make it but due to lack of game time he looks to have lost his match sharpness and just seems disillusioned.

Get him out on loan and let him tear up the EFL.
