The demon Barber, Sweeney Todd. He made pies with human body parts. I wonder what ingredients are in our 🥧 pies
It's all sh*te, always has been and always will be!! I've never ever had decent food at any ground for the money it all costs.
The only refreshment I've ever bought at a football ground is a can of Apollo County Cola.
I wonder how viable it would be to have a proper quality fast food outlet in one corner of a football ground which would double up as a regular chip shop/fast food restaurant for daily business on non-matchdays. Has any club tried doing that or renting out the space for such a venture?
Everything else to do with football grounds has improved in terms of comfort and facilities, but not the food apparently.
The best food I've ever had at a match was a curry at Kidderminster.
Worst was the overpriced burger van at Wembley 1990.
As far as I remember the food has always been bad at Notts. I imagine it is the same at most clubs especially outside the Premier League. The difference now is you can get good food next door at the Nest and I read good things about that food truck near the stadium but not tried it yet. You have to be desperate to eat at the game or have the family with you.
Best food I have had near grounds were fantastic meat skewers a great pub near the Hawthorns and fish and chips outside Spotland.
