It's not as if Cedwyn was forced out, the move seems to have come from him to some extent. And it's already vindicated - his first ever EFL goal, that's no small thing.

I'm as much as a fan of his as anyone (well, almost anyone) but the way his Notts career panned out was agonising.
Swapped with Maca by LW from their Heed roles...being in line to claim what was his when Maca moved on one day. Then that awful injury -it would've been hard enough for a player not long out of Level 6 to cut it at L2 without that...the injury made it almost impossible at a club with ambitions to go up again. All of this while his best friends moved into the Championship. Ouch.
He needed the fresh start and the Carlisle move just makes too much sense to resent it.
