ridiculous thing about a rigid wage structure is: I cannot think & I have, for a while, of any other industry that would attempt to headhunt top quality new personnel with less pay than their competitors???? Even my Window Cleaner Jay would pay a bit extra for some f~~ker that can use a shammy!!!
It’s all relative I suppose, I know some will always go for the biggest financial offer, but others might consider location and the club. Let’s face it, Middlesbrough upon ICI is a real ****hole to work and bring up a family. They don’t call the the Smoggies for nowt.Quote:
