The Bros and an alternative view

When you stop and think of all the points we've dropped or thrown away, it's absolutely scandalous. We know we can't win every game but come on we should have secured promotion.

I imagine many other clubs at the top could say the same or very similar. Whoever the four promoted teams are that get over the line none have been convincing as the respective points tally?s show

Most importantly for me, we are owned by two Danish brothers who have quietly and meticulously gone about growing and owning the club, without being hedge fund owners, an oil-rich state, or a willy-waving megalomaniac.

Results are often viewed through the lens of recency bias, and I'll admit, it's pretty ****e when turgid, high-possession football sees us lose 1?0 to a counter-attack goal in the 70th minute. But throughout my nearly 30 years as a fan, this is by far the most concise, level-headed and thoroughly thought-through team I've seen ? let alone having the pride to say it's the club I support.

Your points are all valid. I'm delighted the club is in safe hands. Does any of that preclude having a manager with a more progressive approach instead of allowing teams to come to ML and have an easy ride? I think not! If we are still in this league in 3 years time, we should all remember what a fantastic opportunity this season was to get up automatically . Of course we may still make it either auto or via play offs, but I believe a manager with more confidence and belief in his players would've seen us promoted already
