I remember that strip , although a Dee I used to be jealous of my mate running around Dawson pretending to be Finn Dossing in his all black strip with round collar his mum even sewed white stripes down the side of his shorts , so smart compared to my dark blue V necked shirt
I don't think many folk are saying it is a bad strip per se. Just doesn't remind you of United. Whether that is a good or bad thing is just opinion. Mines is, I like the top to remind me in some way that it is a United one, this one doesn't for me. (doesn't mean much)
I would guess (just guess) that if you took the badge off and asked a mixed amount of UK footy fans who's strip they thought it was, there would be quite a few guesses before anyone chose United.
In saying that, when the team comes out the tunnel the strip won't be bothering me in the slightest.... B)
