New home kit for 25/26 launched.

It's a bit of a departure from the norm...

Nice enough strip, but, doesn't say Dundee United to me. V- Neck , much better than the napkin collar. Shorts - WTF ? Black shorts with white piping (or nae piping) would have been enough, nae need for the thick tangerine band on them.

In saying that... we did have the black and grey striped one, not so long ago, which I quite liked, so it has been done before.

But ........... I would just like our main home strip top to be just tangerine, with maybe a wee bit black piping, on the neck, or end of sleeves.

As I say, not a bad strip at all, but, not screaming out United to me.

It's plenty of black and tangerine and I like the stripes so it's a yes from me. Not so sure on the away kit though

If the black stripes were thinner then I’d probably say it’s okay.

To me the thick stripes are more Hull or Bradford City not a classy Dundee United strip.
But if they win every week they can wear what they like.

    I like the top

Fine to have stripes just for one season

Not as sure about the shorts and the thick band
