It doesn't take much to be sacked for "inappropriate behavior" in this day and age. The bar is very low.
A guy I work with got sacked last year for something that happened during the the works Xmas party. I have no idea why he was sacked, but it was covered under a company policy that we agree with and sign and they got rid of him.
I go to work nowadays and say very little or have very little interaction with people. I find its the safe option and also avoid all work social events. Bar that though, it's a great place to work. XD
