I tried to get a decent hotel in Cardiff to stay over into Saturday. Couldn't get one for love nor money that weekend. All booked up. There's one or two rooms left but i'm not paying £290 for the privilege for 1 night in the centre so i'll be back in Gosport for about 22:00-23:00 on the Fri.

Did anyone go yesterday ? What a waste to be bowled out with so many unused overs. A sold out crowd but lots of empty seats at the start which filled up later as is the norm. Traffic a shambles as always was it ?

oh dear,what was it 14 runs for last 5 wkts,still that's over 300 in last 3 games,going to have hiccups along the way with this new aggressive batting approach,but i think they must always try to bat all the overs,them runs could be ***** at the end of a game,onwards and upwards :star:

Being reported that Jimmy A wont play any further part in this Test and will miss the next one at Nottingham too. Bad news for me but as always we will need someone to step up to the plate next time
