Just took a look on my phone and to get it I had to choose Full Site at the bottom of the Message Board page - otherwise it looks like you get a cut down version.
Tapatalk should work now we're on vBulletin.

Also, why did youtube muck about with the embed code for message boards, it used to be easy to put videos on here.
