It`s there on my mobile ozzy. right at the top there`s a list, New Posts, FAQ Community, FORUM ACTIONS and quick links.
Works quite well on my mobile apart from a few spelling mistakes.

Just took a look on my phone and to get it I had to choose Full Site at the bottom of the Message Board page - otherwise it looks like you get a cut down version.

Also, why did youtube muck about with the embed code for message boards, it used to be easy to put videos on here.
