I agree.
We played well in the first RoPS game as well at home.

There were times last night we sat deep and let them have the ball, but then broke and counter attacked them. We'll likely see more of that against the cheeks

They are qualifiers. Theres no getting away from it. Its not pendantic

The Premier is a lot more winnable and we have had chances in the not too distant past. Its pointless if we continue to lay down in certain matches and sh@te the bed. But if the manager after 6 years learns to eradicate the fear on his part which obviously will pass on to the players then we could give it a good go. Why the f@ck not. But a leopard never changes its spots and I cant see any change this season

I cant do Dons away games in Europe even if I am home because a parenting agreements. Or I would be there, work permitting. Its simple as that.

I'll go against the grain and say that I actually enjoy the four qualifying rounds format and prefer it when we begin in QR1. Although I'm biased as I've always enjoyed European competition and I'm glad the tournaments are now extended.

The only thing I don't like is losers dropping into the Europa League.

As for Georgian football, back in the days of the Soviet Union, where players born in all 15 republics were eligible to play, the Ukraine and Georgia always had a significant representation. That was especially true of Georgia, who were only a mid-sized republic population wise.

I thought Chikhura Sachkhere conducted themselves with great dignity last night, and despite the scoreline never resulted to rough house tactics.

4 games in this season, have they been bizarre so far?

Certainly, Logan at left back last week didn't work when Taylor went off injured, but a reasonable thought plan with Gallagher going to right back.
He noticed it wasn't working and changed in game to adjust.
Even last night, when giving Leigh a rest, he didn;t go back to that failed formation and put Campbell in at left back. Was that bizarre? I don't think so, the loon did an adequate job filling in there

True, I thought they would be putting the boot in more like they did last week, but other than the one blatant attempt near the centre circle when the player was robbed of the ball (was it Gallagher or Ferguson?) and he just threw himself at our player they were not the hammer throwers we will see this weekend.
