gru, what do you mean by option? Once his contract is up he can do what he wants or do you mean the club can extend it a further 12 months once it comes to an end?

Todays Advertiser confirms this. Humphries and Hugill both had release clauses but want to stay.
The release clauses are no longer valid and we would be able to negotiate a fee if anyone tries to buy either player.
