If we go back to the ?big rebuild? every season then we are reverting back to the clapped out old era of Keith Hill etc etc.
It didn?t work then.
And it won?t work now.
That?s why Patrick changed it.

In summary:
Neerav has made a huge mistake appointing Sormaz.
The current dilemma isn?t the fault of the owners or the players per se - it?s the DoF.

But the finger of blame will rightly be pointed at Neerav until he steps up to the plate and appoints a new DoF.

The new DoF can then appoint a credible new head coach and a handful of players in key positions.

A new HC.
Retain most of this squad.
A handful of new signings in key positions.
The fortunes of Barnsley will be totally transformed.

Sormaz is another blowk who has his hands tied because he has an uncompetitive budget to work to and is expected to produce unrealistic results. He's basically just another dangling puppet who tows the line for the owner and yet another scapegoat for fans to point the finger at. Neerav has verbally backed Sormaz saying he does a good job. If thy actually does listen to the club, then tha would've heard Neerav say that in the post January radio sheffield interview.

You don't want to go back to Keith Hill days of overhauls. Thing is, thy only asking for 5 players in key positions, a new HC and a new DOF. That to me is a overhaul is it not? Also, where is the money coming from to pay up the DOF, the HC and pay for 5 new players in key positions? Last I saw/heard, the projected losses for the coming season is estimated at around 10million pounds. Neerav also said in his post January interview that he can't keep putting money in to cover these losses.

I thought tha said that thy actually listened to the club? Obviously not. Seems to me that tha conveniently ignores certain information coming out of the chairman's mouth

It's a pretty simple task to see what a top four league one squad looks like , in fact it's actually child's play if you are a Barnsley fan .

In view of that and the fact this is an extremely easy exercise I'd like you to tell us which players currently would get in to Hecky's double Wembley team and Stendel's last promotion team ?

Just to give you a reminder of the players we had back then that got us promoted out of this league I'll list them for you .

Adam Davies , Alfie Mawson , Sam Winnall , Josh Brownhill , Connor Hourihane , Adam Hammill , Josh Scowen , Marly Watkins , James Bree , Ashley Fletcher .

Ethan Pinnock , Liam Lindsay , Alex Mowatt , Cameron McGeehan , Keiffer Moore , Cauley Woodrow , Jacob Brown , Dimitri Cavare , Mamodou Thiam .

I'll also add that across both promotion winning squads the sales brought in over 30 million pounds .

So if this current bunch is as good as you believe it is then as I say this should be a simple task to name the players that could have nailed down a regular place in both those squads and by definition would bring in the type of fees some of those players did .

However just remember I'm dealing with your nemesis which is the ACTUAL FACTS and so going off in tangents isn't going to wash with me so simply name the current players as I've requested .

All the players you list would currently be described as cheap tack.
They are all loans or bought from lower league for thirty bob.
None of them cost more than the likes of Phillips, Dunn, Benson.
Them that did cost money were the same price as Mael and Earl.
And yer can add players no longer here such as Morris and Kiching.

You are incapable of thinking for yourself YN , you are led by the club with some of your own fantasy spin attached which can hardly be described as thinking .

I'll take it you can't name one single player today that would get in to either of those squads because you haven't provided me with one .

It was a simple enough exercise , a small child would have understood the question but you either didn't understand the question which would be alarming or you decided to avoid it once again and go off in tangents .

It's my opinion you don't belong on football forums , you have nothing to offer other than repeating the club line plus adding your own fantasy bits n pieces .
