What do you mean with this statement, do you know more than others or is this another made up thought to try to make you popular?

Just trying to help you catch up. Not often Islay makes a post that has an element of humour.
I will try to explain things to you.
The Dundee United Supporters Society Limited does not own any shares in the Dundee United Football Company Limited which has entrenched rights that can prevent Dundee United FC playing their home games at another football ground.
I suggest that you study rules 79 - 82 of the Dundee Football Club Limited Articles of Association which are freely available to read on the Companies House website.
It has previously been well documented on this forum and other Dundee FC forums that Stephen Thompson was keen for Dundee United FC to ground share at the new stadium at Campy Nou because he had sold Tannadice Park and all the parcels of land surrounding Tannadice Park to rich investors.
Nelms knows about the entrenched rights of the A shares which I can prove.
At my first Dee4life board of directors meeting in May 2018 where I was invited to attend as a non voting guest it was announced that a letter had been received from John Nelms.
John Nelms stated in the letter that he knew that the entrenched rights of the A shares held by Dee4life could block a move away from Dens Park and he asked the Dee4life board of directors to give their blessing to Dundee Football Club leaving Dens Park and playing their home games in the new stadium at the former NCR Camperdown grounds.
Bob Hynd who was in charge of the meeting stated that he would ask every person present their views on Dundee Football Club leaving Dens Park and playing their home games at the new stadium at the former NCR Camperdown grounds. At that time the new stadium was going to built and ready for use by August 2021.
Bob Hynd asked me first.
I replied that I did not get a vote.
Bob replied that this did not matter as he wanted to hear if I was in favour.
That was a bad move by Bob Hynd as I told him that I was totally against Dundee Football Club leaving Dens Park and moving to play at the new stadium at the former NCR Camperdown grounds.
I also told Bob Hynd the reasons why I was totally against the move which have previously been well documented on this forum and on the DBF.
Steve finan in the courier basically asking for the council to gift Dens Park to DUFC for fairness.
Absolutely bizzare.
