So no plan B and continued loss making....I can't see that happening.

The loss making has only continued since 2017 as they want the new development.

New stadium gets kb......I'd bet my mortgage ( if I had one ) they wud be oot within 18 mths.

I think its 50/50 stadium and I'm sure some will enjoy it, for a wee while anyway...although it ain't for me......on a regular basis anyway.

If people are reluctant to go to a very handy Dens I don't see how a not very handy Campy will help crowds.

But the continual silence from nelms is incredible and local press are pretty much neutered and ineffectual.

Still hoping one day for a question and answer as was promised about 8 years ago.

I'm enjoying my last season 😆😆😆 at Dens but you wuda thought they might have given the place a lick of paint.

The entrenched rights of the A shares can block ground sharing at Tannadice plus it would hit Tim Keyes very hard in his pocket as Dundee FC supporters including myself refused to set foot in Tannadice.
How much do you think the directors of Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited would get selling Dens Park bearing in mind that they borrowed money from the Isle of Man financial company Soho Green in October 2023 secured over the Dens Park Stadium at an annual interest rate of between 11.40% and 24%.
Nelms signed the application form to borrow the money from Soho Green two weeks before it was announced on 3rd October 2023 that Dens Park now under the control of Dark Blue Property Holdings Limited. (Source Companies House website).

I wouldn't like to see the A shares put to the test Islay.

The holding nelms feet to the fire lasted all of aboot 2 days.....the A shares maybe the same.

As one as Nelms drags out his new stadium development at Campy Nou the longer he has a well paid job as managing director of Dundee Football Club Limited.
Eventually it will be ‘bite on the bullet’ time for Nelms if his PPIP is rejected by the Dundee City Council Planning Committee.

That was because some of the Dee4life directors were more interested in trying to speak to Nelms (not me) instead of telling their members that the nomination of Kenny Valentine as the Dee4life Primary representative on the DFC Ltd board of directors was viewed as a hostile act which would be dealt with by the Club’s Articles of Incorporation (this an American term).
The person who composed the letter signed it Dundee FC Limited but made the mistake of stating a pack of lies about my visit to Gardyne when I was accompanied by my wife.
Therefore in my opinion the letter signed Dundee FC Limited was written by John Nelms.
I stated that the Dee4life board of directors should write back to Nelms advising him that under the Club’s Articles of Association he (Nelms) must accept the name of the person nominated by the Dee4life board of directors as their Primary representative.
I was over ruled by several Dee4life directors who would rather try to have ‘jaw, jaw’ with Nelms instead of getting things done.
There was a vote amongst the Dee4life board of directors in early January 2023 to decide whether the Dee4life members should be told about the letter signed Dundee FC Limited which stated that the nomination of Kenny Valentine as their Primary representative was a hostile act.
The vote 5 - 3 in favour of not telling the Dee4life members what had happened since the AGM in November 2022 until that time.
The information was supposed to be sent to the Dee4life members at the beginning of February 2023 but in the event the information was not released until the September 2023 newsletter which was sent to the Dee4life members on 29th September 2023.
This newsletter was ill thought out and it wrongly caused me a lot grief from keyboard warriors on the DBF and some on this board.
I was vindicated at the Dee4life AGM on 11th November 2023 when I dragged the correct information out of the Dee4life board of directors.
I resigned as a Dee4life director as I could not be part of this cover up but my resignation letter was not the one published on the Dee4life website.
It was a ‘water downed’ version composed by another Dee4life director.
I was not happy about this ‘water downed’ letter but in the end after about six hours of haggling I gave up and told this Dee4life director to put in what he liked.
In hindsight the Dee4life board of directors should have sent their letter nominating Kenny Valentine as their Primary representative on the Dundee Football Club Limited board of directors to Tim Keyes and bypassed John Nelms.

The Dabs do not have entrenched rights blocking a move from Tannadice to ground share at Arbroath.
